Posting regularly is easier when you decide what each post should help your audience understand or do. Start with one clear goal for the month, such as explaining a service, answering common questions, or helping people compare options.
Build a few repeatable themes
Choose three or four themes that fit your business. For example, a service business could share practical tips, project process updates, answers to customer questions, and team introductions. Themes give you direction while leaving room for timely ideas.
Make a realistic schedule
Pick a posting rhythm your team can maintain. Draft ideas in batches, prepare visuals and captions together, and leave space to respond to comments. A simple calendar with the date, topic, format, and next step is often enough to get started.
After publishing, note which posts led to useful conversations, saves, clicks, or enquiries. Use those observations to improve the next plan instead of relying only on likes.
